BayDream Properties: Rebrand

BayDream Properties was created out of the founder's love for the Chesapeake Bay and her desire to share its wonderful attributes with those who have often dreamed of owning waterfront property, but discounted it because of geography or price.

Direct Mailer Design

It would be cost prohibitive to try to reach the vast number of individual real estate agents in Maryland or even in one zip code. Therefore, our recommendation was to create a very targeted direct mail piece and only produce and mail enough to cover the real estate companies (not agents) that had listings in the zip code where our client's houses resided.

The piece was intentionally designed to fit a digital press and leveraged the brand elements we created at the logo stage, as well as custom photography of the staged homes and their corresponding specifications.

This in combination with the realtors own resources would help drive brand awareness and ultimately home sales.
