The primary audience for website usage includes aging parents and family members of a developmentally disabled person. With that in mind, we created a very basic site with a clear navigation structure to help make the audience's search for information easy.
Estate planning attorneys were also part of the target audience and were addressed with their own special navigation button and corresponding targeted messaging.
The brand elements we created in the identity program phase were leveraged to provide continuity from offline to online promotions.
