Chef Keaton first came to us by way of a friend's referral. A young African American man with a taste and passion for creating authentic Italian food and pasta sauces had aspirations and financial backing but no brand. We helped change that. Today, Cucina 39 can be found on the shelves of many upscale grocery stores.
Promotional Material Design
Grocers are regularly approached by entrepreneurs looking to get their products on store shelves. In addition to the product being high quality, the pitch presentation also has to be rock solid.
To help Cucina 39 stand out in a crowd and be memorable after Chef Keaton's meetings, we created a sample box leave behind. We purchased recycled wine totes that held two pasta jars (marinara and fra diavolo), as well as a brochure and a branded apron or t-shirt.
The promotional material design and our business relationships helped to serve as a catalyst for Chef Keaton to contract with Wegmans. Since then his products can now be found in most regional Whole Foods Markets.
