HealthPlan Headquarters: Rebrand

HealthPlan Headquarters is a full-service insurance company that operates as an accessible, retail entity. It services Maryland-based individuals and small businesses that need affordable health insurance policies and attentive agents who care.

Sales Kits/Folders

After interviewing the agents and determining how they would interact with their in-store customers, we created a "job jacket" style folder that has a tab along the horizontal edge. It includes the agents contact information in clear view and also allows space to write the customer's contact information. When they leave their appointment, customers are given the customized folder filled with their policy and other neccessary paperwork for them to keep on file.

The design of the folder leverages the icons we created for each type of policy (health, life, disability, etc.), while the sales sheets are targeted visually and in written word to individuals or small business owners, respectively.

The personality of the complete kit corresponds with that of the core identity materials, the retail environment as well as the agents themselves. Orange is the dominant color and the images are highly polarized and very candid, even including "photo booth" style shots to suggest that ordinary people, deserve more than an ordinary insurance experience.
