The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is dedicated to the education of a diverse group of research scientists and public health professionals who work to improve health and prevention of disease and disability around the world.

Catalog Design

We worked with the Bioethics and Molecular Microbiology departments to create their departmental brochure and research catalog.

The Bioethics piece utlized commissioned illustrations while the Microbiology piece incorporated departmental black and white images of each researcher. Both used typography in an expressive manner as well as an embossed cover to provide a tactile feel to the covers. This enabled us to keep the cost for 4-color and a separate press run out of the equation but still created a distinct and memorable solution for each one.
