Our challenge was to create an inexpensive yet effective new account enrollment kit that engaged readers to take action. This new college savings plan affords families an opportunity to attend an out of state college versus settling for the in-state prepaid college trust.

We focused the photography on scenes depicting parents and grandparents helping their loved ones to learn new things. Inside, both the language and graphics help clearly outline the benefits of this plan and how simple it is to enroll. This simple kit drastically reduced fulfillment kit costs to the point that every eligible household in Alaska could receive one, helping to bolster plan enrollment.
