The University of Maryland School of Law was established in 1816 and began regular instruction in 1824. It is the third-oldest law school in the nation, but its innovative programs make it one of the liveliest and most dynamic today.
To help recipients envision the exciting future of the new complex, we used architectural renderings and inspirational copy to illustrate what it would look like and its planned use. Statistics and demographics regarding the burgeoning UM Law student body appear throughout the piece, further underscoring the need to build a new School of Law.
Adding an interactive element and extending the piece's shelf life, photography in the center spread details the construction progress, with a directive to visit the webcam for daily updates.
