Baltimore Marketing Firm With an Eye on Your ROI
Baltimore is saturated with talented graphic designers. Local universities churn out a new batch every year so finding someone to design you a logo, brochure or website isn’t hard at all. However, finding someone who takes the time to get to know you, your customers, your business goals, your sales process and can then take that information and turn it into something that not only looks good, but provides a return on your investment (
ROI Marketing) of time and money? Now that’s hard!
Likewise there are gobs of people touting a marketing degree, many of whom have extensive experience. As skilled as they are in qualitative and quantitative research as well as written and verbal communication, most lack the visual communication skills to actually create the marketing materials your business or organization needs.
So where does that leave you?
Welcome to Incite Creative, Inc. Thought. Provoking Design.
Your Search for ROI Marketing Just Got Easier
Just as our name and tagline implies, there’s much more to our company than a great looking
design portfolio. Our
strategic process enables our clients to get the most return from their marketing dollars. By establishing benchmarks and a
budget from the beginning, we are better equipped to devise a marketing strategy that will create opportunities for increased brand awareness, sales and profit.
From a 2-Bedroom Apartment to 2,000 Square Feet of Commercial Loft Space
From the very beginning we envisioned Incite Creative, Inc. as something more strategic than a typical graphic design firm, but provide more hands-on creative than the usual marketing firm. Having experienced the advertising agency world, we didn’t want our team to work in such silos (account executives, creative directors, designers, production, etc.) either. We wanted collaboration –– internally and with our clients and their customers.
Having come from in-house, academic and corporate entities, we wanted to maintain the organization and structure to which we had grown accustomed, but incorporate a process that our small to middle-market businesses and organizations could benefit from, and afford.
After determining all the things we didn’t want to be, we set out on our journey to become something special. We started out small, working from a third floor apartment in Bolton Hill. Two people, one dog, one phone/fax line, one computer and a QuickBooks manual was all we needed. As the workload began to increase, our space got smaller and we determined the need for more than a manual could provide, we moved to our first real office and hired our first employee –– a bookkeeper.
Less than two months in the apartment, we had enough funds to rent a third floor office space in Charles Village. We painted, bought furniture, got new computers and printers. We were so excited to see our dream realized.
As the years went on they were not without obstacles. Like many small businesses, the effects of 9/11 and the economy created some hurdles, but none that we couldn’t overcome. Our business model, tenacity and solid relationships have enabled us to prevail while many of our industry peers have struggled.
As we continued to grow, we moved onward and upward to our current office space in Station North, just across from Penn Station. The increased square footage, and accessibility to DC, Philadelphia and New York have enhanced our geographic reach and brand recognition. Now in our second decade of business, we look forward to our "teenage years" with you by our side!
