Wasmer Speaks at Autism Conference

The Children's Guild wrapped up a successful Autism Conference last week, where Incite Creative President and Autism Committee Chairperson, Dina Wasmer, had the opportunity to speak. The Guild is now gearing up for this weekend's annual "Cabaret for Kids" fundraiser at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore. Incite Creative donated silent auction items as well as autism awareness bracelets for all of the event participants. Last minute tickets are still available at www.childrensguild.org.

As members of Accelerent Baltimore, we have the opportunity to invite guests to our monthly breakfast meetings. May 11th John Amatt comes to town. For over 30 years, he has led expeditions to remote regions of Northern Norway, Peru, Nepal, China, Greenland and has explored areas of the Arctic on six occasions, making many first ascents of previously unclimbed peaks. More recently, John fulfilled a lifelong dream by organizing and taking part in Canada's first successful expedition to reach the top of the world - the 29,035 foot summit of Mount Everest. Also at the Hyatt, Hartman Business Technology will host Roadmap11 on May 19th. Unlike many conferences that call attention to the bells and whistles of technology, this event highlights the impact that technology can have on a company’s bottom line.
